Our hassle-free return policy ensures you can shop with peace of mind, just as you would expect from a luxury skincare destination.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • All safety seals and product labels must be intact
Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products, particularly in our Face Wash & Exfoliators and Toners categories. These products are considered final sale once opened.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care

Email our team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the following template:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear GlowUp Skin Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Product Name: [Product Name] Reason for Return/Exchange: [Please specify] Please advise on the next steps. I have reviewed the return policy and confirm the product is unused and in its original packaging. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Information]

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • In your email, specify the replacement product you’d like
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product from our premium skincare collection:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
